SV Student Rentals was founded by the father-and-son duo of Steve & Jeff Terwilliger. Steve is local to the Cortland, NY area and runs operations out of the Homer Ave office. Jeff grew up in Cortland, NY, and now resides in Jacksonville, FL, with his family. With 30+ years of experience, Jeff & Steve share a passion for real estate and are committed to bringing the best quality experience to the SUNY Cortland community & beyond.
